早上看完CNN的一段報導，感觸，良多。。

也聽聽看旁人是怎麼談論我們的吧。。

要碰政治議題以前，先說清楚了，這是我的部落格，是我發表言論的地方，只要它沒有惡意攻擊誰。

有誰看了不高興的話，就請直接離開我家吧，主人也懶得跟誰爭辯。

出了國門，最容易被國籍的議題困擾。。

從小歷史課本就敎我: 我們都是中國人...20世紀是中國人的天下...

長大之後，社會開始解放，政客開始炒作: 我是中國人，更是台灣人。

到底我是哪一國人啊?

在台灣時，若是這樣問，就會被貼上意識型態作祟的標籤。

彷彿答案已經很清楚了，你還一直問，是不是在找碴啊?

但是，答案真的很清楚嗎? (我就是不知道啊，難道是我蠢?)

那些罵人意識形態作祟的人，真的有什麼"答案" 嗎??  (他們就是說不清楚啊!)

稍微大了一點，有機會出國之後，才發現全世界的人也都在問我這個問題啊。。

"Where are you from?"

海關的叔叔伯伯、上課的老師同學、路人甲乙丙丁、旅館check-in時，都喜歡問我這個問題。

在海外，談論 國籍 是多麼自然的話題，看到你支支吾吾的不是很奇怪嗎?

來到米國之後，更加強烈感受到何謂"國家主義"。

總統選舉時，山姆大叔最愛鼓吹的，就是怎樣恢復米國光榮歷史、怎樣讓這個國家更強大；

連比賽時要唱的歌都叫做 "God bless America"，

上帝只保佑米國喔，就像電影裡的彗星只會挑米國撞下去，或是ET只會造訪米國一樣沒有疑問。

看看人家是怎樣自豪自己的國家，但是我們卻含含糊糊地講不清楚，偶而被政客吃豆腐還不自覺。。

相信我，出來久一點，打死你也不想被當成是從對岸那兒來的。

很奇怪地，兩種族群也的確是老死互不往來，各自有自己的社交圈。

(光是日常口語就聽不太懂他們的語言了，不只是腔調問題，而是根本整個措辭跟語法都跟我們不同啊)

事實上，後來我發現，不論是在歐洲或米國，中國留學生也大多自組成小圈圈，總是集體行動，諸如吃飯、洗衣服、搭公車，

從沒看過他們跟別國人種混在一起過，一方面是語言隔閡，另一方面是莫名奇妙的族群主義吧，來到別人的地盤，也從沒真心要了解別人的文化。

而在外國人眼中，China就是 China

你的官方文件跟外國人說你是Taiwna, Republic of China (中華民國)，就等於正式宣告台灣是中國的一部份好嗎??

(就算英文再爛也會這樣翻譯吧)

外國人哪有那個米國時間聽你說什麼"中華民國在台灣"這種歷史故事啊? 

現在他們也被台灣的政府弄得一頭霧水了:

ㄟ...中國說你們台灣是他家的一部份耶，ㄚ你也這樣說你自己啊(Taiwan, Republic of China)，那麼，還有什麼好吵的嗎?

(前一陣子護照上加印有"Taiwan"這個斗大的字眼，馬政府上台之後應該又會改掉吧?)

唉，以上只是本人有感而發，處女座龜毛的個性實在是無法容忍別人胡亂吃豆腐，自己人又腦袋不清楚的現象。

與其關起門來吵得亂七八糟，還不如走出來也聽聽別人是怎樣在談論我們的。

很多新政府對於台灣主權的政策，讓我在異鄉看得搖頭又傷心啊。

TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) -- Pro-independence protesters in southern Taiwan pushed an envoy from rival China to the ground on Tuesday while shouting that their island does not belong to Beijing.

The attack on Vice Chairman Zhang Mingqing of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait was shown on television news broadcasts and comes amid improving relations between Beijing and Taipei under the administration of new Taiwanese President Ma Ying-jeou.

(按: 請不要再降格說自己是"馬先生"了好嗎? 投票時你應該知道你是在選"總統"的吧?)

Ma was elected in March after promising to turn the corner on the pro-independence policies of predecessor Chen Shui-bian and seek expanded trade and political relations with China, from which Taiwan split amid civil war in 1949.

China continues to claim the island as part of its territory and has threatened to invade if it ever moves toward formal independence.

(按: 全世界都知道中國要併吞台灣，那麼台灣是怎麼想的呢? 國際上完全看不出來台灣的意願如何啊，因為我們都被禁止談論統獨議題；造成的國際印象就是: 台灣好像不怎麼在乎耶~他們好像沒有什麼異議吧~)

Pictures from Taiwan TV stations showed about a dozen protesters surrounding Zhang at a Tainan temple commemorating Confucius, then toppling him to the ground while shouting anti-communist and pro-independence slogans.

"Taiwan does not belong to China," protesters shouted.

(按: 所以我很高興看到國際報導上出現這一行字，讓全世界知道台灣對這個議題還有不同的聲音，而非像新政府一樣告訴全世界台灣想被統一了)

The attack on Zhang comes several weeks before a planned visit by Chen Yun-lin, Zhang's boss and the point man in pushing for unity across the 100-mile-wide Taiwan Strait.

On Saturday, the main opposition Democratic Progressive Party is scheduled to hold a mass rally in Taipei to protest Ma's China policies, which include regular direct flights between the sides and liberalized conditions for Chinese investment on Taiwan.

The DPP says Ma's approach is undermining Taiwan's sovereignty and putting the island's de facto independence and its democratic political system at risk.

Ma says better trade relations with China are necessary to bring Taiwan closer into the international economy.

He has promised not to discuss the issue of unity with the mainland during his presidency.

(按: 標準的馬牌不沾鍋，請洽總統府選購。。滿球數時不正面對決就是四壞保送，不過賠上的是寶貴的自由跟民主。。)

也許你會覺得這件衝突事件本身具暴力，需要被譴責；

但是如果你從一個外國人的觀點來看，就會發現更多國內媒體碰觸不到，或是媒體刻意不去碰觸的衝突原因了，那才是問題本質所在。
